1. Client Responsibility: Basic information required for the project shall be provided by the client. Accurate and timely provision of this information is crucial for the project’s success and timely delivery.
2. Copyright Responsibility: All information, images, materials, and documents (such as posters or any other resources) provided by the client are the sole responsibility of the client. The client acknowledges full accountability for any future copyright conflicts with other organizations arising from these materials, including licensing and usage rights.
3. Payment Terms: Development work will commence only after full payment is received in advance. This payment structure ensures that resources are allocated effectively to your project and allows us to prioritize your needs.
4. Urgent and Ad Hoc Tasks: Any urgent or ad hoc tasks shall be mutually discussed with the development team. An additional urgent service fee may apply, depending on the nature, complexity, and urgency of the request.
5. Special Features and Customizations: Clients may incur extra charges for special plug-in features, custom functionalities, or third-party integrations that are required for specific uses on the website. These features will be discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation.
6. Design Templates and Custom Designs: For an enhanced website browsing experience, clients have the option to select design templates that will be provided by the development team. Clients opting for fully customized designs may incur additional costs based on specifications and revisions. Please note that any template purchases will also be billed separately.
7. Domain Name Costs: Domain name prices can vary, and any associated costs including registration, renewal, and transfer will be billed to the client separately. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain the domain and associated services.
8. Hosting and Domain Renewal: Clients are responsible for timely renewal of their hosting services and domain name. Failure to renew may result in the loss of website data and domain name, for which the web development team will not be held accountable. It is advised to set reminders for renewal dates.
9. No Data Storage: The company does not store any website or email data. Clients should
   ensure they back up their important emails and data, as the company is not responsible
   for any losses or deletions of email data.
10. Responsibility for Losses: The web development team is not responsible for any losses related to email data, including but not limited to accidental deletion, server issues, or lack of storage space.
11. Email Storage Limitations: If the email storage provided is insufficient for the client’s needs, the client may need to purchase additional storage space. This additional storage will incur an extra cost for each email account requiring more capacity.
12. Client Management: Clients are responsible for managing their email accounts, including regular monitoring of storage limits and the archiving or deletion of unnecessary emails to avoid exceeding storage capacity.
13. Email Account Accessibility: Clients should ensure they have access to their email accounts at all times. The company will not intervene in disputes regarding access or credentials for email accounts.
14. E-Commerce Platform: Clients hold full responsibility for any products and services published. The development of the e-commerce site will incur additional charges based on requirements, development complexity, and timescales.
15. E-Commerce Payment Gateway: Payment gateway services may have additional charges from the payment gateway service provider, and our company does not set these service charges, clients may pay directly to the payment gateway provider. Our development team is not responsible for any issues related to receiving or sending payments.
16. Sales and Marketing: The web development services provided do not guarantee any specific sales targets, traffic goals, or marketing strategy results. The effectiveness of marketing initiatives is influenced by various external factors beyond our control, including market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
17. Server Hosting Issues: In the event of any server hosting issues, the company will take immediate steps to rectify the situation. However, the development team is not liable for any resultant sales or marketing losses incurred during this time. Clients are encouraged to have a backup of their data.
18. Confidentiality Agreement: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received during the project confidential. This includes business strategies, marketing tactics, and proprietary information shared between the client and the development team.
19. Discrimination Policy: We maintain a strict non-discrimination policy and will not engage in any business that promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
20. Prohibition of Political Content: Websites developed by our team will not include political content that could be considered hate speech, incitement to violence, or content that promotes divisive rhetoric.
21. Content Against Government or Private Organizations: Our services will not support or facilitate the creation of content that is derogatory, defamatory, or that may incite hostility against any government or private organization.
22. Human Exploitation: We do not condone human exploitation in any form. Content promoting human trafficking, labor exploitation, or any other form of human rights violation is strictly prohibited.
23. Sexual Content Prohibition: Any sexually explicit content or material that promotes sexually explicit services is strictly prohibited. This includes pornography, adult content, or any material deemed inappropriate for general audiences.

25. Health and Well-Being Content: Clients must ensure that any health-related content provided is accurate, credible, and aligns with the latest medical guidelines and research. The development team is not responsible for the accuracy of health-related claims made on the website. It is recommended that clients consult with licensed professionals when necessary.
26. Ownership Rights: Upon full payment, the client will own the website and its content (excluding any third-party materials). The development team retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly stated otherwise.
27. Limitation of Liability: The web development team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
28. Refund Policy: Once work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds may be calculated based on the tasks completed up to the point of cancellation. Clients should recognize that initial payments cover planning, design, and development efforts that incur costs. The amount refunded will be subject to deduction for the work already performed and any incurred expenses.
29. Amendments to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients will not be individually notified of any amendments; instead, they will be updated on our website, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
